It runs from 253rd Street and 149th Avenue via Francis Lewis Boulevard, Hook Creek Boulevard, Merrick Boulevard, Linden Boulevard, Van Wyck Expressway and the Queens-Midtown Tunnel (returning to Queens via the 59th Street / Queensborough Bridge) to 23rd Street and Madison Avenue or 57th Street and Third Avenue.
