On Woodhaven, they were going the speed limit of 35 mph when that was in effect. I know this for a fact because I was driving at the speed limit and couldn’t pass a Limited bus until it had to stop. I remember once driving next to a bus at Metropolitan Avenue and not being able to pass him until past 63rd Drive. |
