The 30 mph was imposed on NYC by a NYS law in 1964. It had been 25 mph. The 25 mph minimum speed limit was similarly imposed by NYS law. It had been 20 mph until 1961. There's a genocide thread going on in OTC. Are you trying to reduce the pedestrian collisions by providing a "final solution" for pedestrians? :=) [sarcasm] |
