Hopefully never, at least as the proposals stood.Many issues were addressed at those community meetings (I attended two). Many of the Bronx's trouble spots were ignored or stated that little could be done with them, while proposals to rethink route changes were ignored, even though it was pointed out that many sections of the Bx were building up, with potential for riders in those corridors. Many of the issues causing undue slowness could be addressed with implementing local/ limited services and dialogue with traffic dept. with respect to red lights and street congestion. Let's see. |
