I don't know SEPTA too well, but Proterra did make some changes to the Catalyst E-bus and introduced an updated model. I don't know if the new model uses the same composite body shell, or even if those are the ones that SEPTA received, but as far as I know, the old ones were pretty rugged. But like anything, you can build something well for a long time, and all of a sudden something changes and things go south. |
