Almost makes sense to have it be a split route between Stengel and Jamaica, except that Jamaica depot doesn't have artics. I don't know the rules, but wouldn't it be a huge union issue if the TA wanted to move the Q44 to West Farms since it would be taking work from a Queens division union as well as moving from TA to OA? |
