For example in said hypothetical system, let's say a bus comes up from Bay Ridge but then goes and runs through the Carey (Battery) tunnel to get to Manhattan. That leaves Park Slope, etc. vacant, to be filled in with maybe something like an extended B68 that originated in Coney Island, if not something as indirect as the B103 from Canarsie. |
