I think this is the time window where new bus garage construction can be accelerated. Depending on the political environment, I think they should also get as many buses and railcars in the pipeline as possible, even if NJT has to borrow to do it. That way, other agencies can tag onto their orders when their houses get back in order.I heard a rumor that NJT was $6B short. Is that on the capital expenditure side? |
