Current ridership is zero because the trains are not running. What kind of question is that?According to the MTA website, subways running between 1 and 5 AM are not for essential workers but only for MTA crews to get in their proper place for the morning rush hour. If it were not possible to operate new routes, at least the B16 should remain in service all night and it should be diverted to serve Maimonides Hospital. |
