Perhaps they thought the B11 was more important crosstown than the B9, since it serves Maimonides & Lutheran Hospitals.Bay Ridge residents at 77th, 86th and 95th won't have a far walk if they're let off (from a free, fast X28) near 86th/Fort Hamilton Pkwy. Perhaps exit turnstile ridership at Bay Ridge Ave didn't warrant detouring the X28 off the highway at 65th/3rd to make additional local stops. |
