At the point the Bruckner Boulevard-Astoria Boulevard leg of TB was renumbered Bx21 in 1974, it and the other two (M34 Lexington Avenue-Wards/Randalls Island and M35 Lexington Avenue-Astoria Boulevard) were assigned out of 100th Street depot, but by 1975 they were all transferred to 132nd Street depot (as was the ex-NYCO M20 116th Street Crosstown). In the interim (as of 1976) M34 had been ixnayed, its route to Wards Island folded into M35, and by the next decade would have been back at 100th(?); meanwhile in its last few years of existence this Bx21 would have been, from what someone said, situated at the Walnut Depot in the Bronx. |
