The 2010 Walder cuts were pretty light on MTA-BC, but heavy handed on TA routes. The focus was on MTA's deficits, which BC and NYC had no part of.Now they are using this as a tool to prune city subsidized, MTA-BC, while De Blasio leaves in place his stupid NYC ferries with 10% farebox recovery. |
