Yes, when did free on-site workplace parking get negotiated into the police and fire departments' contracts? I often pass the 110 precinct on 43 Av in Corona, Queens and see the cars parked all over the place: perpendicular, double-parked, in people's driveways or blocking their driveways, in the intersections, on sidewalks, etc. |
