Even in the yards due to new construction the number of parking spaces are shrinking.Plus CED leaders have had it out for RTO employees for the past several years. For train service employees who may work report to or near yards the TA parking pass means nothing. You also need a special sticker for that particular yard. CED management would rather reserve that for their own people. If an RTO person changes their work location or works vacation relief or extra list they are put at a big disadvantage. |
