Actually, Third was made one-way NB between 24th and 129th Streets, and Lexington SB between 131st and 21st Streets, in 1960.

The M100 was at Amsterdam depot for as long as it remained an active depot (i.e. as opposed to housing museum buses as it does today), as was the M104 - Broadway line. The M101 was largely there until 1965, after which it was transferred to 100th Street - where a "short-turn" branch running between 125th and 23rd Streets was stationed from its 1960 startup (effectively replacing NYCO Division's Route 3 - Lexington Avenue line).
