I feel that way about the R68s. I know they do the job and everything but they dominated the Brighton Line in the 90s and it seemed that was the only car I was on for a long while. When the B handed over its R40 slants to the then-orange-Q it was a wonderful thing. I got over a decade in with the slants and their RFWs on the Brighton Express that I never thought I would get (I had always thought I'd have to detour to Culver or West End for an outdoor RFW in southern Brooklyn. |
