At that time, Baisley Park was short on buses (the XD60s were having some problem), so it borrowed from JFK, who in turned borrowed a little from Spring Creek. It was also around this time that the NYCT Orion VII hybrids (the 6500s) were being transferred to LaGuardia and JFK. All of this lent to the unique sights of several 6500s on the Baisley lines, including the Q111. On the NICE side, the XN60s were running, but what was surprising was that the Orion V CNG were (and as of 2019 are) still alive. 1699 showed up on the N4.
