I drove on it daily for nine years between 1996 and 2005. Now I use it on weekends. Woodhaven takes five minutes longer and Queens Blvd takes 5 minutes longer without too much traffic. So my 45 minute trip now takes between 55 minutes and an hour. That's like a 25 percent increase in travel times. I don't even want to think of how bad it must be on the weekdays during rush hours. |
