But the Lawrence Avenue block that he's talking about, the cops are my blocking the 88 access ramps or curb cuts at all. He has a problem with police parking their cars on the side walk down the block, just I go to 5 mindo as well, and also if you go by and VA facilities, they do the exact same thing. Sanitation does also. |
