I can think of plenty of police and fire facilities that don't have parking garages anywhere near them. So for them, it's the street. Although I'm curious, I've never heard you mention about the fireman doing the exact same thing. They also park the cars in the sidewalk and block the Johnny pumps and do the bus stops and all of that |
