Yes but not to park at a bus stop.

Certain areas, such as Midtown Manhattan, Downtown Brooklyn, Yankee Stadiun and Jamaica are transit rich areas. They don't need to be obstructing sidewalks, No Standing zones, fire hydrants or bus stops to report to their regular tours.
