Two out of the three pictures you showed me there weren't even parking plaques involved. The police enforced the parking rules and regulations and they also have discretion. As for the situation around police facilities, like I said in my earlier post, they are self enforced zones and walking around the precincts contractually guaranteed by the city. You're not going to change it, it is what it is. |
