South Shore residents will get later service thanks to in part by extending the SIM4c buses to Huguenot Av & Woodrow Rd.

It mentiones from the SI Advance that the SIM4c will go until 2:15am, does that mean that the last bus from Midtown leaves at 2:15am or 1:00am to arrive at Huguenot Av & Woodrow Rd at 2:15am.
