IDK about any franchise agreement of 1947, but I can tell you there were no bus transfers between any of the Green Bus Line routes in Rockaway in 1977 when I got out here. In fact, other than the transfer between the N31/N32 and the N33, there were no bus transfers anywhere in Rockaway until the NYCDOT (I think) issued them sometime in the 1990s. |
