Maybe there can be an arrangement for the "drop-out" to meet the put-in at B 116 so any through passengers can continue on.I also wouldn't be opposed to putting in a 3-5 minute pad / buffer around B 116th (or elsewhere on the route) to aid reliability. I'm figuring most able-bodied passengers looking for Brooklyn would opt to wait along RBB anyway. Being able to board at Newport and loop around B 116 would be more a luxury to help those who are more frail and/or want to avoid bad weather, etc. |
