Prior to MABSTOA, NYCTA Manhattan Division routes were based at two small buildings at East 100th and East 108th Streets. Not sure of the intersection avenue but I believe both were between 1st and 2nd Aves.

Manhattan TA Division, pre-MABSTOA, comprised today's M31 (only on York Avenue, not 57th St.), M15, M22, M50, and M66 routes.
