The old PTC buses I rode had a metal frame that the block number that slid into the frame from the top.The block number cards were stenciled on heavy cardboard. The photo below is hard to see, but I think it has those metal frame block numbers holder. So that bus sitting there would be S-14 or something like that. PTC buses at Broad and Olney I used to ride the L bus to and from school. |
