"Not universally beneficial" does not mean it is unneeded for all circumstances, or even unneeded for most circumstances. Motorcyclists are required to have them, so bicyclists should too. Head injuries are a reality and can protect it.It has nothing to do with the driver not seeing the bicycle. |
