Or, the Robert Moses method: convert Woodhaven blvd into a 8 lane grade separated highway. I'm only half-kidding because despite it being a more expensive, disruptive, and overall inferior idea, it is more likely to get built than the any-city-planner-with-a-brain Rockaway Beach Branch restoration. |
