Taking a final look at the departure board in the top photo, I see that Ameribus (Saddle River Tours) leaves from Gate 2. On route 11C to Spring Valley, NY, there are seven weekday departures, four on Saturday, and three on Sunday. Route 20/84 provides five departures on weekdays to Tappan, NY.--- NJT Route 175 to Ridgewood offers 27 weekday departures from gate 13. --- If my math is correct, there are 174 NJT departures on weekdays, plus 16 by Rockland Coach and 12 by Ameribus, for a total of 202, plus the van trips. --- I don't know about Gates 3 to 8. Maybe some are for arrivals. Some gates on that side appear blocked by concrete barriers and parked police cars. The vans seem to use Gates 9, 10, 20, and 21, the furthest east from the waiting room, at the elevators to Broadway. My descriptions may have errors. I don't know when I'll get to visit the station.
