That's a section of Brooklyn (Bay Ridge / Bensonhurst) I've never lived in. . .offhand I can't think of much reason why they would need access to the "middle" area in Manhattan any more than any other express route. If Bay Ridge, Dyker Heights, and Coney Island were part of Staten Island I wonder if they would be included in this study. |
