Thanks to kcram3500 for your explanations and the photos of the two timetables. The 1981 schedule for 21 - West New York shows the requirement for exact change, but the 2017 schedules for the interstate 181 and 188 declares that change will even be given on a twenty-dollar bill. Are most interstate lines "full service" lines?--- Before 1940 there was a streetcar line that ran north through backyards in West New York, perhaps in the block between Hudson and Palisade Avenues. Does a replacement bus line (for the trolley) exist nowadays in some form? Thanks. |
