I fully agree it is enforceable. The way I see it, the law needs to be worded so that if a driver can see the rear view lights of the bus, he must wait for the bus. If he is already alongside the bus when the bus signals to leave the stop, the car still goes first. Of course emergency vehicles are exempt. |
