A 15- or 20–mile-per-hour speed limit would bring the average speed to below 10 miles per hour, a little more than twice the walking speed and significantly increase already slow travel times.*** Sounds like that metric nonsense. I think in problem intersections, cars and people should not be competing. A separate cycle for pedestrians only. |
