The motorist cannot be expected to avoid someone that cannot be seen.Again with the invisible cyclists. *sigh* Second Avenue is well-lit. If you couldn't see a cyclist there, either (1) you weren't looking, or (2) your vision is so extraordinarily poor that you shouldn't be driving. Pick one. |
