I have heard that argument numerous times before. It is just not convincing. If it were everyone would not be driving faster than 25 mph.Other factors also need be considered. Straw man argument. No one is arguing that, because a pedestrian struck at 30 mph has a good chance of being killed, that no speed limits on any roads where pedestrians are present should ever be greater than 25 mph. |
