Which makes your previous post incorrect. They would only know that they are getting stuck mire because there are no enforcement agents to override signals.TEAs generally SHOULDN'T be overriding signals!!!! They should be ENFORCING them! We have heard much about better signal technology but where is it actually in use?If you have heard so much about them then how come you don't know where they are in use??? You never thought to ask???? Do you know of any locations?According to the internet, there are thousands of such intersections in NYC with upgraded signal controllers. |
