San Juan outright eliminated Sunday service from all but 2 routes - budget is tight.As for passing, the yellow line for their bus lanes is a dashed yellow which allows for the bus to pass by entering the reverse direction travelling lane, should conditions allow. Traffic lights will hold back even the busiest road so passing opportunities eventually happen. |
