But for the B-103 a free transfer from an express bus at Church Ave / E 7 St allowed anyone from Mill Basin, Sheepshead Bay, and Gerritsen Beach, as opposed to only Canarsie, to get to Downtown Brooklyn via Command Bus, and presumably more comfortably than using local bus / subway, right? I remember hearing that the only reason the B-103 went to Canarsie as opposed to the other BM destinations is that it was nearest the depot, but the route was meant for all BM branches to get to Downtown Brooklyn.

How did the zone fares work for the Q60 / Q113? Did the bus operator keep track of zones traveled?
