Staten Island-Brooklyn: S53, S79, S93.

That's it for the local routes. All express routes run in at least two boroughs.

*The Bx9 serves Marble Hill which is in the Borough of Manhattan. It doesn't serve Manhattan Island.
**The Q100 serves Rikers Island which is in The Bronx, despite being connected by bridge only to Queens.
***The Q102 serves Roosevelt Island which is in the Borough of Manhattan. It doesn't serve Manhattan Island.
****The B52 and B54 only extend a block into Queens. The Q55 only extends a block into Brooklyn.
