By the way, the red/white number in the window was the temporary MTA fleet number - they didn't go by the WMATA fleet numbers, since they overlapped with existing MTA numbers.Yes, I am aware of the temp numbering system. BTW, I rode an M-6 fishbowl Metrobus down to South ferry still in DC Transit colors. How many buses had the old DC Transit paint and were any of them Flxibles ? Bill Newkirk |
