I didn't change anything or deny anything. You're a liar.No, pedestrians are allowed to stand around, preferably outside of the major pedestrian flow area. They have no requirement to move at any specific time. However, when you are operating a vehicle in a moving lane of traffic, you can not park, stand, or stop in that lane. If the light is green and you have the right of way, you are required to move, unless you are mechanically unable or in some other atypical situation. So you are wrong. |
