It certainly affected the safety of the selfish and inconsiderate first person who crossed in front of my car.What is amazing is that under no circumstance will you ever admit a pedestrian is ever wrong. Sure I was upset I was delayed about 30 seconds, but that is not the real issue here, so dont try to make it seem like it is. |
