From past discussions, it appears that Neoplan has the inside track on the Metro B replacements; the RTS is now designed by a company called Milleneum, which bought the design of the RTS from Nova, who in turn is entirely out of the US market and focusing almost exclusively on Canada (primarily Quebec). A couple of months ago, however, I did see a Nova low floor at the Krapfs yard in West Goshen, but I hear they weren't thrilled with the design and apparently are content with the 3rd hand RTS buses and cheap Thomas TL960s that they use on the Coatesville-West Chester line. |
