How will they build the terminal one block west and two blocks south without taking any private property?By building only on PANYNJ owned/controlled property. There are lots of tunnel ramps on those blocks but there are some private buildings on 9th Avenue.Well then those private buildings would supposedly remain private in "several designs"! |
