Nearly every bus station in the country that I have seen, and there were many, fit the same norm as NYC's. Why Buffalo can do it is beyond me. However, beyond that, Buffalo hasn't the volume in bus or pedestrian traffic that NYC has. That needs to be considered for a new facility. |
