But if you want to use that as your example, you could come to the same conclusion regarding pedestrians who jaywalk and cyclists who run red lights and conclude neither of those groups are responsible either since the percentages of those groups who violate those laws are also probably near 95 percent.Everyone should play a part in traffic safety. |
