I don't often do either of those actions but I frequently arrive at a walk light a few seconds after it has turned white. If you haven't already gotten pretty much to the crosswalk by the time I step out into the street I expect you to yield to me. The light says Walk and I'm walking. If you aim your wheels at me without stopping immediately you are driving recklessly. |
