Could it be that he is such an expert he don't need to read signs on Cross Bay Blvd?Its just like he knows there's no traffic on the BQE at midnight Saturday Night/Sunday morning. No need to check traffic conditions, but complains he sat in 45 minutes of traffic and the DOT was wrong for doing road work. |
