Still not good enough. As I said you first have to know it exists before you go to the website. That was my entire point. There needs to be additional outreach other than the website.

Currently you have to go to the small tab labeled NYC Bus which technically does not even include MTA Bus. But let's forget that. Then on the pull down tab, pick Select Bus Service which has partial info. If you want more you have to click again on NYC Select Bus Service for additional info, and then the route you are interested in. To understand fare payment, there is yet another click to be made.

This is sufficient for info about existing routes. But if you want info about future routes like Woodhaven, you must click again just to get general info. For more details, you have to backtrack to "Planned routes" and then click on the DOT link. To get block by block plans, additional links on the DOT site are required.

And you are saying this is user friendly and easy to find? Most users would not have the patience for like 15 clicks. It's like one of those endless telephone menus.
